As one of David's attorney's I feel it my part to set as much of the record straight as possibile, I am also a Afganistian Vet and familiar with the FOB that David operated out of. First and formost- David is not the sociopath that the government went to great extremes to villify him in that role. David is sharp, smart, capabile and has plenty of compassion. Second- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY- the outcome of this trial was a fait de comple before it even started, just in the same manner that a certain Female Army Reserve General supervising Iraq's prision was likewise villified and prosecuted. It is very important to rembember the context of these two prosceustions, the US was under an inordinate amount of pressure due to the CIA's use of seroggate interrogations, extrodanary renditions, and a general preception in the amoung our "Arab Partners"- a hoax in and of it's self- that the US was routinely creating multiple human rights violations- which was true- the only problem was that these orders were coming for the spymasters at Langley and the Executive Branch. And how convient to throw a RESERVE Army Officer and and 2nd Tier CIA contractor under the BUS. No mess or stink in the REGULAR ARMY and just a rough contractor out of control- If the American people Believe this- they have all drank the cool aid. Bottom Line- Dave's a stand up guy who did what he was told to do- which by the way there is alot of discrepancy about that if you'd seen the trial- Specially- the 3 82ABN soldiers who were there is the unlit room as the primary witness of the assault- all in Federal Court Dressed in immaculate Class A uniforms- Sporting a Couple of new Stripes. Candidly, the entire trial sickend me about our federal Goverment- without even getting into the hoax of extraterritorial special maritime jurisdiction- and then there was the son of the "regional Goveronor" who had previously operatered a Liquior Stoor on the West Coast prior to assuming his Goverment Position- If the Federal Judge could have been more accomdating to the Son he would have invited him home to meet his daughter- NO BS- I saw it First Hand.
SO, Bottom Line, can you trust your own Government, most of the time yes, but watch out for the Hidden adjendas- they will kill you- or at least put you in Federal Prision.

Battlespace does a lot more than put air in tires. They are flying drones. Here is excerpt from first contract which has disappeared off the internet.

awarded to Battlespace Flight Services, LLC to provide organizational-level (O-level) maintenance, weapons loading, logistics, equipment, and aerospace ground equipment (AGE) support at Creech AFB, NV and forward-deployed locations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and communications reach back support at Ramstein AB Germany. The contract extension must be operational on 1 October 2011 to meet current requirements at Creech AFB, Whiteman AFB, Ramstein AB, and various forward-deployed locations. All efforts on contract will carry over from the FY11 effort. There is also a contract option for MQ-1 O-level maintenance support at Grand Forks AFB, ND for approximately 40 sorties/320 flying hours per month with a tentatively scheduled start date of June 2012. Two potential new MQ-1 deployed locations projected to support up to 3 combat air patrols (CAPs) each, will be held as contract options until operational requirements dictate execution. As a result of this action, the contract value will increase in excess of $100M and will permit the continuation of performance of the current contract while the requirement is being recompeted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 488190, Other Support for Air Transportation. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and no solicitation will be issued;

re: When Norris learned of November’s award, he said: “I called my wife and said, ‘Honey, you can plan another vacation.’ ”

I went to Jerry and Maureen's wedding. They bought a beautiful million dollar condo overlooking the Potomac river. When I asked Maureen about drones being flown from Utah, when I first heard about this remote killing program, she ended our friendship of over 20 years. I hope they are enjoying their view of the river as the US kills innocent people, including children, in the Middle East. Statistics as of end of 2012 estimate 4000 killed included approximately 200 children. Only 2% of people killed were actual "targets." The others were innocent civilians.

Drones are not making the world safer for anyone, especially Americans.
