DynCorp Can’t Duck $135M FCA Claim Of Iraq Billing Fraud

Law360, Washington (May 22, 2017, 3:01 PM EDT) — A D.C. federal judge trimmed a $135 million False Claims Act lawsuit against DynCorp International Inc. on Friday, but she declined to toss the bulk of the government’s complaint alleging the U.S. Department of State contractor grossly and fraudulently overbilled it for years for security work in Iraq.
