DynCorp Loses Protest Of $10B Counternarcotics Contract

Law360, Washington (November 17, 2017, 9:58 PM EST) — A Federal Claims decision unsealed Thursday tossed DynCorp’s challenge to a $10 billion counternarcotics support services contract it lost to AAR Airlift, but the ruling, resting largely on deference to the U.S. Department of State, was not without hand-wringing by a judge who called the unclear bidding process “troubling.”
