DynCorp Scores Win In Ecuador Chemical Spray Row
Law360, New York (May 30, 2014, 5:13 PM ET) — DynCorp International Inc. scored a big win Friday in the D.C. Circuit by shaking off the bulk of the claims in a dispute involving a group of 2,000 Ecuadoreans accusing the government contractor of causing injuries by spraying harmful herbicides on the Colombia-Ecuador border.
